Shipping policy
Introduction
This is the Shipping Policy of Lush Haircare South Africa (Pty) Ltd (Registration number: 2022/369001/07) (Hereinafter referred to as “Be Beautiful”, “we”or “us”) administers the method of delivery of the products sold on our E-commerce site.
Shipping area
Orders only to be delivered in the Republic of South Africa. We do not support cross border delivery.
Shipping time
Shipping time will change depending on your preferred area for delivery. We suggest maximum 7 working days. Delivery of your order will be made 2 (two) to 7 (seven) working days from date that your order confirmation is sent to you. We do not guarantee that your order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.
Delivery is subject to stock availability at the time with distributors and shipping times are dependent on geographical location within the Republic of South Africa as it may take longer to deliver to regional locations.
Deliveries will not be made on public holidays and during weekends.

Shipping Rates
Be Beautiful does not offer free standard shipping regardless of the order value. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the order and the delivery address. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We offer standard and express delivery alternatives.
You will also find the applicable delivery costs at the order checkout when you purchase online, on the order confirmation.
Your order will be delivered to a valid delivery address in South Africa that you specified in your order. Kindly make sure that you provide the correct delivery address and contact information as incorrect shipping instructions may delay the delivery of the order and we may have to bill you for a second delivery attempt or even miss the shipment.
One attempt will be made to deliver your order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the order after one attempt, you may be liable for additional delivery charges or we may elect to cancel your order, in which event we will refund you the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.
Tracking your order
You will receive email confirmation once your order has been processed and has left our warehouse. The email will contain your order number, your shipping details, a tracking number and a link to track the status of your order.

Kindly note that response times may vary depending on the volume of inquiries and complexity of customer issues.
In the event of a force majeure situation (e.g) strikes, extreme weather conditions, government pronouncements or restrictions), Be Beautiful’s obligations will be suspended during the period of the force majeure situation.
In circumstance where the product that was purchased is unavailable, we shall notify you and issue a full refund within 30 (thirty) days after such notice.
