3.1  This promotion will commence at 00:01 on 02 May 2026 and will close on 07 July 2026 at 23.59. 

3.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. 

4.1 The Promotion is open to all natural persons residing in the Republic of South Africa who are 18 years or older and legally competent to enter into binding agreements. 

4.2 The following persons shall be excluded from participating in the Promotion: 

4.2.1 Directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of the Promoter, Participating Stores, their immediate families, advertising agencies, or suppliers associated with this Promotion are not eligible to participate. 

4.3 Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

5.1 This promotion is limited to purchases of Be Beautiful Hair products made within the Republic of South Africa through Participating Stores.  

1. To enter the promo for the Daily Prize, a participant must, during the Promotion Period: 

6.1.1 Purchase any Be Beautiful hair products from a Participating Store to the value of R200.00 (Two Hundred Rands) or more; and 

6.1.2 Present the original till slip to the Designated Store Representative for verification and prize redemption. 

6.2 In respect of the Daily Prize, Participants may enter and win more than once, provided each entry is supported by a separate qualifying purchase and submitted on a separate till slip.  

6.3 To enter the promo for the Weekly Prize, a participant must, during the Promotion Period: 

6.3.1 Purchase any Be Beautiful hair products from a Participating Store; 

6.3.2 Clearly write their full name and contact telephone number on the original till slip reflecting the purchase; and 

6.3.3 Deposit the till slip into the designated competition entry box located in-store. 

6.4 In respect of the Weekly Prize, Participants may enter multiple times, provided that each entry is supported by a separate qualifying purchase and submitted on a separate till slip. A Participant shall not be restricted from submitting multiple entries or from being selected as a winner more than once, provided that each winning entry complies with these Terms and is supported by a valid qualifying purchase. 

6.5 The Mega Draw, to be held on the last Saturday of each month, shall be conducted by selecting from all qualifying till slips submitted during the preceding month. 

6.6 All qualify criteria and verification processes applicable to the weekly draw shall be applicable to the Mega Draw. 

6.7 Only original till slips reflecting the qualifying purchase will be valid. 

7.1 In respect of the Daily Prize, prizes are redeemable immediately and on presentation and verification of a qualifying purchase till slip. 

7.2 In respect of the Weekly Prize: 

7.2.2 The draw will take place at the close of business on each Saturday subsequent to Saturday 02 May 2026. 

7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. 

7.4 The Prize shall be awarded only after the winner has been successfully verified in accordance with clause 8 below. 

8.1 Winners will be selected by means of a random draw conducted separately for each Participating Store from all valid entries received at that specific store. 

8.2 To promote transparency and accountability, weekly draws  and the Mega Draw shall be conducted in the presence of the Store Manager and a duly appointed representative of the Promoter. 

8.3 Each selected winner will be required to undergo a verification process to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. 

8.4 The verification process may include requiring the winner to: 

8.4.1 provide proof of identity; 

8.4.2 provide confirmation of contact details submitted with the entry; and 

8.4.3 complete any required acknowledgement of prize form. 

8.4.The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a selected winner if: 

8.4.1 the till slip does not clearly reflect the qualifying purchase; 

8.4.2 the entry is incomplete, illegible or fraudulent; 

8.4.3 the winner does not respond to notification attempts within 5 (five) business days; 

8.4.4 the winner is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions; or 

8.4.5 the winner is otherwise ineligible in terms of the Promotion rules. 

9.1 Winners will be contacted telephonically or via Whatsapp.  

9.2 If a winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempts over 5 (five) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

9.3 Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and the original till slip as a condition for claiming the prize. 

9. 4 Prizes may only be collected from the Participating Store at which the winner participated. 

 11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent conduct. 

11.2 The Promoter may amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if required by law or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided notice is published in-store. 

11.3 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation or use of the prize, save where such loss arises from the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter. 

11.4 Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activities or have their images published. Winners have the absolute right to decline such a request. Participation in marketing is voluntary and not a condition for receiving the prize. 

11.5 All promotional items and prizes are offered while stocks last.  

11.6 Availability is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.  

11.7 The Promoter shall not be obligated to award any promotional item or prize once the available stock has been depleted.  

11. 8 No rain checks, substitutions, or cash alternatives will be provided where stock is exhausted, unless otherwise determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. 

11.9 The number of weekly draws allocated to each Participating Store shall be proportionate to the volume of qualifying sales generated by that store.
