Store slips submitted through the Promoter’s WhatsApp line (+268 7960 7817) shall serve as the sole valid record of purchase for purposes of determining qualification under this promotion.

Any Lush/Be Beautiful Product  

 

Eligible Customer 

Any customer purchasing Lush/Be Beautiful Products within the Kingdom of Eswatini from an authorized wholesaler or retailer during the Promotion Period. 

Gift 

A total of five (5) Samsung A06 smartphones will be given away over the course of this Promotion, being one (1) smartphone per winner. 

Promotion Period 

The period commences at 00:01 on 12 June 2026 and closing at 23:59 on 31 July 2026. 

Qualifying Purchase 

Any purchase of a Lush/Be Beautiful Product, as reflected on a valid invoice or till slip processed on the Official System on the date of purchase, which entitles the Eligible Customer to enter this Promotion. There is no minimum spend required to qualify for entry.  

 

For the avoidance of doubt, each separate qualifying purchase, evidenced by its own valid invoice or till slip, entitles the Eligible Customer to one (1) entry into the draw.

  1. No new qualifying purchases will be considered after the closing date and time. Redemption of gifts for qualifying purchases made within the Promotion Period will be honoured in accordance with clause 5.

Promotion Location 

 

  1. This promotion is limited to purchases made within the Kingdom of Eswatini through authorized Wholesalers and retailers operating in that region.  

 

  1. Any purchases made outside Eswatini, or through unauthorised channels, will not qualify for this promotion. 

 

  1. For the avoidance of doubt:  

 

  • Unauthorized channel means any purchase of Lush/Be Beautiful Products other than from an authorized wholesaler or retailer

Qualifying Lush Product(s) and entry metric: 

 

  1. This Promotion applies to the purchase of any Lush/Be Beautiful Products from an authorised wholesalers/retailers  

 

  1. To stand a chance to win a phone, the Eligible Customer must purchase any Lush/Be Beautiful Product and submit valid proof of purchase to the Promoter’s WhatsApp line (+268 7960 7817).

  1. All qualifying purchases must: 

 

  • be reflected on an invoice/till slip; and 

 

  • be processed and recorded on the Official System on the date of purchase. 

 

 

  1. Multiple submissions of proof of purchase are allowed, and each valid qualifying submission constitutes a separate entry into the draw. However, each individual invoice or till slip may be submitted once only and counts as a single entry; duplicate or repeated submission of the same proof of purchase will not earn additional entries and may result in disqualification.

Gift Allocation and Fulfilment 

 

 

  1. An Eligible Customer will qualify for a chance to win a phone upon making a qualifying purchase and submitting valid proof of purchase via WhatsApp during the Promotion Period. 

 

 

  1. A random draw will take place on 3 August 2026 to determine the five (5) winners. The Promoter will notify the five (5) winners using the contact details associated with their WhatsApp submission within 7 (seven) days of the draw. Where a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the period set out in the Unclaimed Gifts provision below, the relevant Gift may be forfeited and re-drawn or reallocated at the Promoter’s discretion. 

 

 

  1. Risk in, and ownership of, the Gift shall pass to the Eligible Customer on physical delivery and acceptance of the Gift.  

 

  1. The Gift is provided “as is” with no warranties as to quality, fitness for purpose or suitability beyond those required by applicable law. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any Gift with an item of equal or greater value, subject to availability. 

 

  1. Gifts are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

 

  1. Unless expressly stated by the Promoter in writing, this Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, loyalty reward, trade rebate or special offer that may be running concurrently.

The promotion Award and Verification 

 

  1. A Representative from Lush haircare, on behalf of the Promoter, will: 

 

  • verify qualifying purchases against the Official System; 

 

  • ensure compliance with Promo requirements; and 

 

 

  • issue applicable Gift in accordance with clause 5. 

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to audit transactions and records, and to withhold or reclaim Gifts where non-compliance is identified. 

 

  1. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity, including but not limited to invoice manipulation or misrepresentation, will result in immediate disqualification and may result in further action being taken by the Promoter.

Unclaimed Gifts 

 

Where an Eligible Customer cannot be located, fails to accept delivery, or otherwise fails to claim a Gift within 30 (thirty) days of being notified that the Gift is available for collection or delivery, the Gift shall be deemed forfeited and may be reallocated by the Promoter at its discretion. The Promoter shall have no further liability to that Eligible Customer in respect of the Gift.

Proof of Purchase 

 

Eligible Customers must retain their original invoice issued by the wholesaler/Retailer for the duration of the Promotion Period plus 30 (thirty) days thereafter and must produce such invoice on request by the Promoter or its representatives for verification purposes. Failure to produce a valid invoice on request may result in forfeiture of any unredeemed Gift.

Personal Information and Marketing Consent 

 

 

  1. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customers consent to the collection, processing and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering this Promotion and for related marketing activities, where applicable. 

 

  1. Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Eswatini Data Protection Act No. 5 of 2022 and, to the extent applicable, the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 of South Africa (“POPIA”). 

 

  1. Eligible Customers may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by notifying the Promoter in writing. 

 

  1. By accepting a Gift, the Eligible Customer consents to the use of their image and likeness for reasonable promotional purposes directly related to this Promotion. 

 

 

  1. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.

General Terms and Conditions 

 

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, for any reasonable cause, on notice published via its website, social media channels or through the Secondary Sales Representatives. 

 

  1. Save in respect of Gifts already validly earned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter shall have no liability to any participant as a result of any such amendment, suspension or termination. 

 

  1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 

 

  1. This promotion is open to all customers purchasing from authorised Secondary Sales Representatives. 

 

  1. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to this promotion will be final and binding. 

 

  1. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
